Anyone can become a member of LAC and participate in programs regardless of your residency. Please note that in some cases Longmeadow residents will receive discounted options or early registration not available to non-residents.

From 8am to 4pm Monday Through Friday The Longmeadow Adult Center only serves individuals who are 55 or older. From 4pm until 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm the Adult Center is open to anyone over the age of 18. Please note that spouses and/or essential caregivers who are under the age of 55 may accompany members regardless of their age.
While some programs do have a cost associated with them, becoming a member of the center is completely free.
The gymnasium schedule is always online at Facilities • Longmeadow, MA • CivicEngage (longmeadowma.gov) and you can also call the front desk of the Adult Center at 413-565-4150 Option 1
Unfortunately LAC is not able to offer transportation options. However we do recommend calling the Tri-Town Trolley at 413-525-5412 to explore options.
Effective with the September 2023 edition of the LAC Newsletter, we are no longer mailing out copies to members. However physical copies will be available to be picked up at the front desk of the Adult center, and you can join the email list to have the newsletter emailed directly to you each month.
