Sports & Specialty Camps

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR SPORTS & SPECIALTY CAMPS BEGINS

FRIDAY, MARCH 3, 2023

Some (but not all) of our Sports and Specialty Camps are licensed with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and are licensed by the Longmeadow Board of Health. These camps are designated by the word “Licensed” next to the camp name (if you do not see this designation, the camp is not licensed and does not require you to submit health forms for your child). If a camp is not licensed it still complies with our own strict guidelines for a safe and exceptional camp experience.

Need to submit physical and immunization records for your child's camp?

Scan and email to: customerservice@lprd.net

Fax to: (413)565-4219

Mail/Drop Off: LPRD, 231 Maple Rd.., Longmeadow MA 01106

Special Note for Online Registrations:

Health forms must be received in our office within 1 week of online registration to avoid withdrawal and resulting cancellation and late re-enrollment fees.

Additional Information

Listed fees are for residents of Longmeadow. Non-residents are invited to participate in any of our programs for an additional $10 per activity. For most (NOT ALL) camps, enjoy a 10% sibling discount if you have more than 1 child signed up for the same camp. The deadline to register for camps is the Wednesday prior to your session at 5pm to avoid a $10 late registration fee. Online Registration closes on the same day.

All campers will need to come to camp with a water bottle, peanut free lunch and sunscreen, unless otherwise indicated.

Health Information

Due to Massachusetts licensing requirements, you must submit for each child enrolled in our licensed camps, a health information form and a certificate of immunization (current within the last 18 months and signed by a physician) with proof of chicken pox and polio immunity.
