Shotokan Karate-Do (SKIF System) is a traditional Japanese martial art. The study of karate is an inner search for growth and self-discipline, which encompasses many ideals. Students train in the basic exercises involving:
- Blocking
- Forms
- Kicking
- Punching
- Self-defense
- Sparring
- Stances
A white karate uniform is required for class and can be ordered through the instructor.
Your instructor is Sensei James Shea 7th Dan SKIF (more than 47 years' experience).
