School Resource Officer

Our School Resource Officer Program ensures a safe and secure environment for teaching and learning so the students can achieve their maximum potential in education.  The School Resource Officer is a Longmeadow police officer who is assigned to work on site at the High School and the Glenbrook and Williams Middle School campuses.  This officer serves as a direct liaison between this department and the schools for the purpose of promoting partnerships.  In addition to providing a presence to promote a safe and orderly environment, the School Resource Officer is also available to provide mentoring and counseling and to assist with the educational mission.
