As Chief of Police, I am pleased to extend a personal welcome to the official website of the Longmeadow Police Department. This site will provide you with an opportunity to explore and learn about the various aspects of our organization, its history and the dedicated staff serving the residents of Longmeadow.  We are an accredited police agency consisting of 26 sworn officers and 3 civilian support staff, responsible for maintaining the quality of life for our 16,000 residents and visitors alike.  Our officers take pride in their work and they provide the highest level of service consistent with the shared values of our citizens.

The Longmeadow Police Department is committed to providing quality policing through integrity, fairness, equality and professionalism.  Our unwavering dedication has made Longmeadow one of the safest communities in the Commonwealth. This success is due to the efforts of our employees combined with the support and trust we receive from the community.
