Activities
Our Cheer Tumbling Class is designed for the newest of tumblers with little to no experience.
We will focus on all level 1 skills:
- Bridge
- Back Bend
- Handstand
- Handstand Bridge
- Forward Roll
- Backward Roll
- Cartwheel
- Round off
- Front and Back Walkovers
Tumblers will learn flexibility, body control and strength building with instructor Natalia Furjan-Collins.
Please wear white cheer shoes.
