*Dancers please join us on one of these Open House Dates to try on, get sized & order your required dance shoes or meet the teachers!

Costumes, Save the Dates and Recital

Please note: Recital Tickets, Recital Recording & Costumes Fees are not included in the class rate. Recital Tickets will be available for purchase in the spring. Recital Recording Production Fee: $45.00 per family. Payable to instructor April Bergeron by 2/1/23. All families receive a link to download the professionally recorded and edited Recital.

Costume Deposits:

Sparkles, glitter, and sequins galore!  Costume ordering is exciting for instructors and students.  Your dancer will be measured, and their costume(s) will be ordered this fall.  All costume deposits are due at the time of registration, as these fees are not included in the class rates.  Please see the class descriptions to determine how many routines your dancer’s class participates in. Costume balances will be due by February 2022*.  Your dancer’s beautiful costume(s) arrive in the spring! 

1 routine in the Recital = $25 costume deposit

2 routines in the Recital = $50 costume deposit

3 routines in the Recital = $75 costume deposit

*Costume balances not paid in full by the due date may result in exclusion from the dance recital, at LPRD discretion.

Save the Dates:

Family Watch Weeks: 

During these special weeks, family and friends are invited inside the studios! Dancers will have the opportunity to perform and showcase their progress. 

December 5th-9th 

March 13th - 16th  (revised)

May 1st - 5th -Every dancer receives a Years of Dance Trophy.

Note: May 8th -11th Last Week of Lessons – NOT a Watch Week.

Wear your costumes on this fun day to take class & individual photos.

Withdrawal / Refund Policies

The last day to withdraw from any full dance year class and receive a prorated refund for the remaining classes of the year, minus a $25 withdrawal fee, is Friday, October 28, 2022.

If you do not officially withdraw from classes with the Parks & Recreation office by this date, you will be charged in full for your class and costume fees.

There are no refunds for Family Dance class.

There are no refunds for recital tickets, recital recording fees or costume fees (with the exception of costume DEPOSITS, if refund is requested prior to October 28).
