On July 1, 2017 Vision insurance became available to Longmeadow employees and retirees through Davis Vision (under the parent company Versant Health). Information was available at the benefits fair on April 26, 2017, and employees and retirees had the opportunity to enroll during the Town's open enrollment period which occurred during the month of May 2017.
Active employees will continue to have the opportunity to enroll in Vision coverage upon hire, during the annual open enrollment periods each May, and with a Federal Qualifying Event.
